Sixth Annual Faith for Rights Meeting

Bodhigaya Vijjalaya 980 Institute (BGVI) Official Statement – Preparation for the Sixth Annual “Faith for Rights” Meeting Bodhigaya Vijjalaya 980 Institute (BGVI), supported by the Verapuchong Foundation, is honored to take part in the preparations for the Sixth Annual “Faith for Rights” Meeting, which will begin on 13 October 2025 at Sofitel Angkor Hotel, Siem Reap, Cambodia, before continuing in Bangkok, Thailand. This international gathering, convened by the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in collaboration with Dharma Alliance, Geneva, and BGVI, aims to foster global dialogue on the interconnection between faith, human rights, and peacebuilding through Dharmic and indigenous perspectives. BGVI expresses its full readiness and commitment to support the success of this meeting — standing together with OHCHR, Dharma Alliance, and all partners in promoting the spirit of compassion, justice, and unity across borders. The journey of Faith for Rights begins anew between 13-17 October 2025 at Siem Reap, Cambodia and Bangkok Thailand.
